Information for Exhibitors 2019

 

Directions & Delivery

The event takes place at “Heeresbäckerei”, located at Köpenicker Straße 16/17, 10997, Berlin-Kreuzberg.

The delivery entrance is in the back of the building; please use the gateway on the left.

Accessing the ramp to deliver goods by vehicle is only permitted on payment of a deposit of 50 €. The deposit entitles the vehicle to a limited period of 30 minutes on the premises. The deposit will be returned after leaving the area before expiry of the 30 minute period. The deposit will not be returned if you exceed the time limit.

The dimensions of the delivery entrance are 1.95 m high x 1.35 m wide.

Parking

Parking on the public street around the venue is possible without any problems.

Parking in the yard is not permitted, the gateway will be closed later on.

Fair Opening Hours

The Craft Spirits Festival is open to the public on Saturday from 12 to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 to 7 p.m. During opening hours your stand must be permanently manned.

Assembly & Dismantling

Setup times are on Friday, March 1st, 2019 from 4 to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 to 11:30 a.m.

The setup must be finished by 11:30 p.m.

The venue will be locked at night. We recommend covering your stand and take all valuables with you.

The venue will reopen to exhibitors on Sunday at 11 a.m.

Dismantling must be finished by 9 p.m. on Sunday.

Stand

The tables and stands will be labeled with your name. Our staff will assist you in locating your stand.

Market tables (package S) will be open toward the front. Please think in advance about possible paneling, e.g., a tablecloth. There is storage space under the table. The market tables are without a roof or solid back wall.

When decorating your stand please show consideration for your neighbors.

The following conditions must be met for Package S:

• The producer must be on site
• The presented products and brands must be the same as those of the hiring company
• Your individual roll up may measure 85 cm (w) maximum
• We provide a part of a table, additional furnishing is not possible

The following conditions must be met for Package L and Package L Plus:

• The presented products and brands must be the same as those of the hiring company
• Presenting products of other brands and companies needs a registration latest four weeks before the festival, a sub-exhibitor fee will be applied

Electricity

Connections with 220 V are available (please bear in mind, these are German electrical sockets).

Please bring a 10 meter long extension cable with you.

Light

The halls are lit. Bringing your own equipment to light your stand is possible.

Glasses

Visitors get a tasting glass at the entrance (5 € deposit). A dish washer service is provided, so visitors can change used glasses for new ones.

If necessary, you may use your own glasses (e.g., from the service provider www.rent4event.com).

Please avoid the use of disposable cups.

Ice

The ice cube delivery service Iceman (www.iceman.de) supports our festival. Ice cubes will be available for free and exhibitors are asked to collect them from the freezers on their own. Cooling boxes to store ice will be provided free of charge.

ATM

The Berlin based bank, Berliner Volksbank, will install a cash machine in front of the building. In addition, please consider the use of a mobile card reader.

Exhibitor Identification & Free Tickets

Each exhibitor will receive three wristbands on arrival, which allow continuous access to the venue for three persons.
In addition, each exhibitor will receive four free tickets. For detailed information you will receive a separate email.

Waste

Each exhibitor will be given three garbage bags. Please separate all waste into glass, paper, or residual waste. Leaving garbage outside of these bags is not allowed.

Fillers & Mineral Water

Upon request, Aqua Monaco will provide each exhibitor with 20, 0.23 liter of their organically produced fillers for preparing long drinks and cocktails (www.aquamonaco.com/products/). For detailed information see separate email.

In addition, Aqua Monaco supports the festival with mineral water. There will be a point where exhibitors and visitors can get mineral water for free.
